Due to the nature of our food products (jams, salts, syrups, chocolates), we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed items unless they are defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6.3 Chocolate Products
Please note that chocolate products may melt during shipping, especially in warm weather or when shipped to hot climates. We cannot guarantee that chocolate will arrive in perfect condition and cannot accept returns or provide refunds for melted chocolate.
6.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
